Are you a victim or do you know a victim?

NSEA has produced a brochure based on research which touches on new language that was amended into NRS 391. These changes speak to employees of school districts. There are protections for students in the law, but there are also protections for employees. There is an “Important Caution” section on the last page of the brochure. It’s directed to an employee who engages in bullying behavior as he/she could be subject to employment discipline.
