Don't Exclude ESPs and OLEPs- Amend AB398

While AB398 addresses compensation for certain hard-to-fill positions in our public schools, it unfortunately excludes other educators, including OLEPs and ESPs, who are the backbone of our school communities. AB398 should be amended to include ESPs and OLEPs, whose positions are also considered "hard-to-fill."
